If after making a booking, the customer decides to cancel their reservation, provided this is done at least eight weeks prior tothe letting commencement date, the owner will do their utmost to re-let the property for the full period reserved.
If the property is then successfully re-let, for the cancelled period, the customer will receive all of their pre-payments back, minus an administration fee of 30 euros.
If the owner is unable to re-let the property or the booking is cancelled during the eight weeks prior to the booking, the entire pre-payments received will be retained.
In the event of the booking having to be cancelled by theproperty owner, the entire payments will be returned to thecustomer.
Once the rental period has commenced, if the client decides to cut short their holiday, the owner is under no obligation to return any payments received.
